These attachments are shown on the DynaRent Mobile app. Note: Only attachments of type URL are supported by the DynaRent Mobile app. Procedure 1. On the Task details page, tap 'Attachments'. Note: At the right/top of the ´Attachments´ icon, an indicator shows the number of attachments. 2. To make sure all existing task attachments are shown, in the action bar, tap the 'refresh' icon: 3. To open an attachment, on the Attachments page, tap the desired attachment entry. Search item Search item When doing a task, you can need an item that you don't have with you, You can search for this item's availability in a warehouse. Note: If you work offline, you cannot search an item. Procedure 1. On the Task details page, tap 'Item search'. Note: You can also open the Item search page from the Spare parts page. If the item, site, and warehouse are defined on the Spare parts page, these are the default item, site, and warehouse on the Item search page. 2. Define the site and warehouse in which you want to search for the item. Note: - When not opened from the Spare parts page, the default site and warehouse are based on the Service warehouse as defined for your worker account in D365 FO.- If a site is selected, the warehouse dropdown only shows warehouses that are related to the selected site.- If no site is selected, and you select a warehouse, the related site is automatically selected.- If a site and warehouse are selected which are not the default site and warehouse, and you select the 'empty' value in the warehouse dropdown, the site is reset to the default site.- You can only select a site and warehouse that belong to the default company as defined in the app parameters. 3. In the Search items field, enter the item number, product name, or item description. 4. To view the item details, expand the desired item entry and tap '>'. View customer information View customer information You can view the name and contact details of the customer for whom you do a task. Procedure 1. View task location View task location You can view the location where the task must be done. The task location is shown on a map and also the location address is shown. Procedure 1. On the Task details page, expand the Task location section. 2. In the View field select an option. 3. You can zoom in and out on the map. Move the Zoom slider to the left to zoom out or to the right to zoom in on the map. Note: The task location is shown in the center of the map. 4. To plan the route to the task location, tap the map.
